How do I place a Pre-Order?

Making a Pre-Order is as easy! Here's a step-by-step guide to get you started:

Select Your Product: Pick the product you're excited about and add it to your cart, just like you would with any other purchase. On the product listing page, you'll find an estimated timeframe for when the product is expected to be dispatched. This gives you a clear idea of when you can anticipate your Pre-Order to be on its way to you.
Checkout Process: Proceed to the checkout process, following the usual steps. You'll provide your shipping details, payment information, and any other necessary details.
Payment: Your chosen payment method will be charged at the moment you place your Pre-Order. This secures your reservation for the product.
Order Confirmation: Right after you place your Pre-Order, keep an eye on your inbox. You'll receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase and confirming your Pre-Order. Once the product is officially released and dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email, complete with tracking information. This typically aligns with the timeframe mentioned on the product listing page.

Note: If your order contains ANY item on pre-order, the entire order will be held until the expected shipping date of the pre-ordered item. If you would like the items not on Pre-Order to arrive as soon as possible, please place separate orders.
